The Kith Red Label Project is a special collection for Spring/Summer 2012. The line began with sourcing and producing everything entirely in New York City the result being a line of pants, shorts, button-downs and summer jackets.

As with most of the collection, you can find the use of bold prints and military inspired cuts. The pants are tapered the cuff and include an added a side zipper that amplifies the wearer’s footwear choice. The shorts are designed to hit right above the knee and offer in a slim cut for comfort and style. The button-down shirts are tailored for a sophisticated look with casual feel. The outerwear pieces are varsity jackets specifically designed for summer. This means each jacket is completely breathable, lightweight and functional.

Each style is extremely limited with sizing running from XXS – XXL for jackets, S – XXL for shirts and 30, 32, 33, 34, 36 for pants and shorts. The collection is available starting today at 11am EST at Kith NYC stores and online at KithNYC.com. May 2012 welcomes three new models to the Sebago by Ronnie Fieg Spring/Summer 2012 collection. We’d like to introduce the Mohican for men and two special womenswear models, the Spinnaker and the Angelique.

The Mohican ($130 USD) is a new model from Sebago that features a handsewn genuine moc construction that wraps the foot in a single piece of rich moist suede. Other details include a fringe collar and a Campside sole for seamless comfort and a Ronnie Fieg plug on the bottom of the outsole.

The first women’s release for the season is the Spinnaker ($95 USD), reinterpreting the classic Dockside style in a two-color upper. The shoe features crazy horse leather in a sangria red and brown ankle detailing with slip-resistant Dockside soles. The Angelique ($130 USD) is Sebago’s Beacon boot with a personalized cut out on the ankle. The summer boot includes dimpled leather uppers and a kiltie on the front.

New Balance welcomes four new styles this month. The New Balance 1300 ($140 USD) release features premium materials like denim blue suede and a mesh upper with small grey accenting and ENCAP soles. Yes, it’s completely crazy, and yes, it really is real. The Flying Hovercraft ($190,000) is exactly what it says: a hovercraft with integrated wings that allow it to fly. Thanks to its turbocharged, 130hp engine, 60-inch wood/carbon composite thrust propeller, fiberglass/PVC hull, horizontal elevator, and 1,100 rpm lift fan, it can clear obstacles up to 30 feet in height, letting you hop over obstacles that would leave a typical hovercraft high and dry.
